1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Costa Travel & Tourism (“Costa Travel”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website, travel booking services, holiday packages, visa assistance, hotel reservations, transportation services, and related travel solutions (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our Services.


2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete.


3. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, tour operators, embassies, or other service providers.

  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed.

  • Costa Travel & Tourism reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking in case of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, incomplete payment, or unavailable services.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to review all booking details carefully and report any errors within 24 hours of receiving confirmation.


4. Payments

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the service booked.

  • Payments can be made through approved payment methods authorized by Costa Travel & Tourism.

  • Any bank charges, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, or government charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa providers, and other suppliers.

  • Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties.

  • Refund processing times depend on suppliers and banking procedures and may take several business days.

  • Service charges and processing fees may be non-refundable.


6. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

  • Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, travel insurance, health certificates, and any required travel documentation.

  • Costa Travel & Tourism may assist with visa applications but does not guarantee visa approval.

  • We are not liable for losses arising from denied visas, immigration restrictions, incomplete documents, or failure to meet entry requirements.


7. Changes to Travel Services

  • Airlines, hotels, and suppliers may change schedules, prices, routes, or services without prior notice.

  • Costa Travel & Tourism is not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, weather disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Clients are advised to reconfirm flight timings and travel arrangements before departure.


8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without written permission.

  • Upload harmful software, viruses, or malicious content.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with website functionality.

All website content, logos, graphics, and materials remain the intellectual property of Costa Travel & Tourism.


9. Third-Party Suppliers

Costa Travel & Tourism acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators.

We are not responsible for:

  • Service quality provided by third parties

  • Schedule changes or cancellations

  • Losses, injuries, damages, or expenses caused by suppliers

  • Supplier policies regarding refunds, baggage, upgrades, or travel conditions

Customers are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.


10. Liability Limitation

Costa Travel & Tourism shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Missed flights or connections

  • Visa rejections

  • Delays due to weather, government regulations, strikes, or force majeure

  • Loss of personal belongings or travel disruptions

Our maximum liability, where applicable by law, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to us for the relevant service.


11. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE laws.


12. Amendments

Costa Travel & Tourism reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
